REAL ESTATE/AUCTIONEERS

Steve J. Krutzfeldt holds real estate broker licenses in multiple states.  He has a diverse background which includes farm/ranch management, feedlot operations, cattle marketing, horse training/sales, subdivisions, property development, construction, and heavy equipment operation.  He has a Bachelors Degree from Montana State University with an emphasis in Pre-Med/Law.  He has been active in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, South Dakota, Nebraska, Texas, and New Mexico in both traditional real estate sales and real estate auctions.

Russell D. Pederson is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer with 15 years experience in traditional real estate sales, real estate auctions, farm equipment and business liquidation auctions.  His background includes listing, advertising, showing and sales of farms, ranches and recreational properties.  He also has participated in the execution of 70 plus successful land auctions and over 300 equipment and merchandise auctions.  Russell has completed training and has a CPPA (Certified Personal Property Appraiser) designation from the Appraisers Guild of America.

Merritt G. Pride has over 40 years of experience in the auction business selling a variety of assets and livestock. He was the National Auctioneer for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation for 10 years. He has been a director and vice president of the Montana Outfitters and Guides Association, the District 3 representative to the Montana Board of Outfitters, as well as Chairman to the Outfitter Advisory Board for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Montana delegate to the Outfitter Advisory Board for the Foundation for North American Wi1d Sheep. Merritt has a Masters degree in Animal Science from Montana State University.

CONSULTING/SUPPORT

Sandra L. Barclay provides accounting and administrative support services to PPK.  She has seventeen years of experience in this field.  Her diverse background ranges from services provided to feedlots, ranchers, law firms, companies in the renewable fuels sector, and a book distribution company.  Sandra holds a degree in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from Dickinson State University.

Janette Krutzfeldt Jones is the chief legal counsel for PPK Services with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law graduating with honors.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Public Policy from Swarthmore College, Philadelphia, PA.  Janette has an extensive agriculture background and practices real estate law on a daily basis in her private practice.  She has a long history of leadership positions and sits on multiple boards.

Robert Goodale is both an attorney and CPA practicing in Billings, Montana.  He offers qualified intermediary and escrow services for IRC 1031 Exchanges as well as Accounting and Legal Services.

Dennis Warren has appraised lands in Montana and Wyoming for over 35 years completing over 1,300 farm, ranch and commercial appraisal reports. Dennis grew up on a ranch outside Hardin, Montana and is familiar with all aspects of land, cattle and financial management associated with farms and ranches. Dennis started his career worked for lending institutions and continues to assists landowners with their financial needs. Dennis Warren is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in the states of Montana and Wyoming as well as a licensed real estate salesperson.

Ellen Woodbury has eighteen years experience in the land use-planning field.  Fifteen years as a public sector planner, including ten and a half years as Planning Director for Park County, Montana.  For the last three years she has been an independent planning consultant in the private sector.  She has worked on planning and submitting subdivisions that range in size from over one hundred lots to minor subdivisions of less than five lots.  Ellen is versed in federal regulatory requirements including floodplain and wetlands.   She provides services in the regulatory processes relating to subdivision review, planning, and approval.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Earth Science from Montana State University.
